Struck participated in a number of important exhibits and acted as artistic consultant to the mayor of Tel Aviv, Meir Dizengoff, who planned an art museum for the city. In addition, he served on the board of the Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem that was instrumental in training a new generation of young Jewish artists in a new Jewish iconography and Jewish crafts.
