Guest Book of the Café Éclair

The Café Éclair on Manhattan's Upper West Side was frequented by many of the most prominent members of the German and Austrian émigré community.  Bruno Walter signed this page in 1943.

Alexander and Marianne Selinger were the owners of Café Éclair, a Viennese cafe and restaurant in New York, which was opened in 1939 and closed in 1996. It was frequently visited by German and Austrian immigrants such as Franz Werfel, Robert Stolz, Hans Sahl, etc.
