Biographical/Historical Information

Samuel Untermyer was a lawyer, Vice-President of the American Jewish Congress until 1926, and the first president of the World Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi Council (formed by representatives of seventeen nations at Amsterdam in July 1934).
