    Metal (possibly brass) napkin ring with a wave pattern. The name Paul and the date February 28, 1905 (28.2.1905) is incised on the ring. There is an off-white piece of plastic or bone that fits around the ends of the ring. The napkin ring accompanies a kiddush cup with the same date and Paul’s name at 2018.49.

Biographical/Historical Information

The name Paul on the napkin ring refers to Paul Meyer, born in Berlin in 1904. He emigrated to the USA in 1927; Paul Meyer died in Tacoma (Washington) in 1985.
