Biographical/Historical Information

Constantin Brunner (pen name of Leopold Wertheimer, 1862-1937) was a philosopher, who emigrated from Germany to the Netherlands in 1933. In 1947 his followers founded the “International Brunner Institute” in The Hague to publish Brunner’s work and to advocate his memory.
