This poster urged Germans to vote for the KPD (Germany's Communist party) during the Weimer Republic. The "Liste" number refers to the candidate/party on the electoral card that citizens used to vote. The KPD was formed in 1918 and was banned in 1933 once the Nazis rose to power.
