Biographical Information

Louis Liebes was married to Lina Liebes. They emigrated from Germany and settled in San Francisco, CA in the 1890s. Louis Liebes was a trustee of the First Hebrew Benevolent Society of San Francisco in 1889 and 1890.

John Hodgson Campbell was an English portrait, landscape, and genre painter. He was born in 1855 in Newcastle upon Tyne. He studied at the Royal Academy in London. He died in 1927.
