The name Paul on the napkin ring refers to Paul Meyer, was born in Berlin in 1904. He emigrated to the USA in 1927. Meyer died in Tacoma (Washington) in 1985. This napkin ring came with the kiddush cup at 2018.49, so may have been part of the ceremony for his circumcision
