Bloch and Prof. Dr. Alois Zucker, honoring their heroic fight against antisemitism on behalf of Austria’s Jewry. - The upper part of this sheet of honor presents its title and its dedication within a drawn portal next to the photographic likenesses of the two parliamentarians. - Two thirds of the sheet’s lower part cite excerpts from the two legislators’ speeches (February 7 and 11, 1890), discussing blood-libel; Jewish charity; the Talmud; “Europe’s nomads and strangers”; “Jewish race”; etc.
