Biographical/Historical Information

Hermann Wronker, born in eastern Prussia in 1867, was the founder and owner of the German department store chain ‘Hermann Wronker AG’, including Kaufhaus Wronker, the largest department store in Frankfurt/M. before World War II. Hermann Wronker was killed in Auschwitz in 1942.
