Biographical/Historical Information
Born in Grodno, Russia in 1878, Feiga Lifschitz studied philosophy in Berlin and Zurich, and worked as a translator and author. She married Efraim Frisch in 1903, assisted him in his publishing enterprises, including the editing of 'Der neue Merkur'. She emigrated to Switzerland in 1933. Fega Frisch died in Ascona, Switzerland in 1964.
