Biographical/Historical Information
The author, philosopher, and rabbi Benzion Kellermann was born in Gerolzhofen in 1869. A pupil of Hermann Cohen, Kellermann concentrated in his writings and in his work on liberal Judaism and ethical monotheism. From 1917 until his death in 1923, Benzion Kellermann served as rabbi in Berlin.
