Biographical/Historical Information
Henriette Herz, née De Lemos (1764-1847) was the hostess of a literary salon in early 19th century Berlin. She was married to the physician and philosopher Markus Herz.
The portrait painter Georg Friedrich Adolph Schöner (1774-1841) worked in Berlin, Frankfurt, and other places, before settling in Bremen.
