Biographical/Historical Information
The pianist and composer Paul Aron was born in Dresden in 1886. After studies in Dresden, Munich, and Leipzig, he performed widely; he also was a member of the “New Dresden Trio”. Aron escaped Nazi Germany to Prague, then he went to Cuba, and finally emigrated to the U.S. in 1941. Paul Aron died in New York in 1955.
