Biographical/Historical Information
The author, journalist and translator Manfred George (Manfred Georg Cohn) was born in Berlin in 1893. He emigrated to the United States in 1939 and became editor in chief of the German daily newspaper “Aufbau”. Manfred George died in New York in 1965.
