Biographical/Historical Information

“Leopoldstätter Tempel” in Vienna’s 2nd District, Leopodstadt was a neo-Moorish synagogue designed by Ludwig Förster. Vienna’s largest synagogue was built in 1858 and destroyed during Kristallnacht.
