Rabbi Edgar Magnin was spiritual leader of Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the oldest Jewish congregation in Los Angeles.
Ben Meyer was a Caltech trustee who resided in Santa Barbara. He is attributed to taking the famous photograph of Einstein on a bicycle.
Alice P. Millard was an influential antiquarian book dealer in Pasadena, CA, and a personal friend of the Einsteins.
