Biographical/Historical Information
Barbara Bellin is an artist best known for her "house portraits". She studied art at Vassar College and then attended graduate school at Rhode Island School of Design. She taught at the Rhode Island Museum School and gave numerous lectures at the Whitney Museum. She has completed over 750 works depicted various properties in both the United States and Europe, inlcuding private homes, museums, landmarks, and embassies.
