    Rebbetzin Zuckermann is shown bust-length in a coat with a fur collar and a red cloth hat over a ruffled bonnet and a necklace with large earrings. The collar is matching the fabric of the bonnet; the texture of the fur is contrasted to those of various fabrics. Unlike her husband, Rabbi Zuckermann (access 77.15a), whose expression is almost one of distress, she is smiling.

Biographical/Historical Information

The subject and her husband (access 77.1501) lived in Rawiz, Poznan Province, Poland. She was the mother of Henrietta Berliner, grandmother of the donor's husband.
