Biographical/Historical Information

Alexander Roda Roda was the pen name of Sandor Friedrich Rosenfeld, an Austrian author, who emigrated to the USA in 1939. Born 1872 in Puszta Zdenci, Slovenia, he was originally an Austrian officer and riding instructor, who later engulfed in satiric journalism, writing fiction, comedies and contributing to humorous magazines. Alexander Roda Roda died in New York in 1945.
