Biographical/Historical Information

The text of the poster refers the founding of the Deutsche Vaterlandspartei (German Fatherland Party) near the end of World War I. The party was founded in opposition to the Reichtstag Peace Resolution, of July 1917. The honorary chairman of the party is Admiral Alfred von Tirpitz, and the leader of the party is Wolfgang Kapp.
