The working class threatens the cabinet of Chancellor Franz von Papen, which consists mainly of aristocrats. Caricaturized in the poster are Hitler, Theodor Duesterberg, Crown Prince Wilhelm (wearing an imperial parade helmet), and Chancellor Papen himself.
