Biographical/Historical Information
Charles Bolles Bolles-Rogers was assistant commissioner of the American Red Cross during World War II. He graduated from Williams College in 1907 and was in charge of all of the Red Cross's wartime service clubs. He retired in 1959 as treasurer of the F. H. Peavey Company, a milling concern.
