Mia Pauline Eitel
Mia Pauline Eitel is an Archive Intern at the Leo Baeck Institute, where she supports archival processing and research initiatives related to German-Jewish history. She recently completed her Bachelor of Arts in History and German Language & Literature at Heidelberg University. Her academic background includes international experience, with research and coursework at the University of Copenhagen and the University of California, Santa Cruz, focusing on Ancient History, Jewish Studies, and Mediterranean studies.
Prior to joining LBI, Mia gained experience as a Research Intern at the German Archaeological Institute (DAI) in Munich and served as a Student Research Assistant in Heidelberg. Following her internship in New York, Mia will continue her studies by pursuing a Master’s degree at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich.
