Kurt Eulenburg founded Ernst Eulenburg Ltd. in Basel in 1945. He was assisted by the British firm Goodwin & Tabb. Eulenburg subsequently emigrated to England.
Eulenburg had fled from Germany to Switzerland in 1939.
