More than 900 archival collections located at the LBI Jerusalem are now available online. The digitization of the collections was funded by a German Foreign Office grant to LBI Jerusalem. LBI Jerusalem’s Bettina Farack, Meirav Reuveny, and Arie Bashan prepared and digitized the collections, and LBI NY’s digital archivists made them available through the LBI New York catalog and digital platform. Their work has made the personal, family, and organizational collections of former German-speaking Jewish emigrants to Palestine/Israel easily accessible online. In addition, more than 100 interviews with former Austrian-Jewish emigrants conducted through the Austrian Heritage Project in Israel are available online.
